題　目：《金瓶梅》中的公案：從文學(xué)作品看明代法律史（The Case in the Vase: What a Ming erotic novel can tell us about traditional Chinese legal culture）

主講人簡(jiǎn)介：

宋怡明教授（Michael Szonyi），牛津大學(xué)博士，美國(guó)著名的中國(guó)史學(xué)者，現(xiàn)任哈佛大學(xué)費(fèi)正清中國(guó)研究中心主任，東亞語(yǔ)言文明系中國(guó)歷史學(xué)教授。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)槊髑迨?、中?guó)近代史、社會(huì)史等。在北美中國(guó)學(xué)研究中，倡導(dǎo)民間歷史文獻(xiàn)研究與田野調(diào)查方法，關(guān)注中華帝國(guó)體制與明清地方社會(huì)的關(guān)系，著有Practicing Kinship: Lineage and Descent in the Late Imperial China（Stanford，2002）、Cold War Island: Quemoy on the Front Line（Cambridge，2008）、The Art of Being Governed: Everyday Politics in Late Imperial China（Princeton,2017）等。
