主講人簡(jiǎn)介:
林毅夫,北京大學(xué)新結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究院教授、院長(zhǎng),北京大學(xué)南南合作與發(fā)展學(xué)院院長(zhǎng),北京大學(xué)國(guó)家發(fā)展研究院名譽(yù)院長(zhǎng)。1994 年創(chuàng)立北京大學(xué)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)研究中心(現(xiàn)北京大學(xué)國(guó)家發(fā)展研究院),并擔(dān)任主任一職。2008 年被任命為世界銀行首席經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家兼負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的高級(jí)副行長(zhǎng),成為擔(dān)此要職的發(fā)展中國(guó)家第一人。2012 年在世界銀行的任期屆滿(mǎn),返回北大,繼續(xù)教學(xué)研究工作。林毅夫現(xiàn)任全國(guó)政協(xié)常委、經(jīng)濟(jì)委員會(huì)副主任,國(guó)務(wù)院參事室參事,曾任全國(guó)工商業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)專(zhuān)職副主席,任第七、八、九、十屆全國(guó)政協(xié)委員,第十屆全國(guó)政協(xié)經(jīng)濟(jì)委員會(huì)副主任,十一屆全國(guó)人大代表,十二屆全國(guó)政協(xié)常委、經(jīng)濟(jì)委員會(huì)副主任。在國(guó)內(nèi)外多個(gè)有關(guān)發(fā)展政策、農(nóng)業(yè)、減貧的委員會(huì)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組兼職。膺選為發(fā)展中國(guó)家科學(xué)院(原第三世界科學(xué)院)院士及英國(guó)科學(xué)院外籍院士,并獲英法美加香港10所大學(xué)榮譽(yù)博士學(xué)位。主要著作:《戰(zhàn)勝命運(yùn)》、《超越發(fā)展援助》、《繁榮的求索》、《解讀中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)》、《新結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)》、《從西潮到東風(fēng)》、《本體與常無(wú)》、《中國(guó)的奇跡》等二十余冊(cè)。并在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表100多篇論文。
Justin Yifu LIN is Dean of Institute of New Structural Economics, Dean of Institute of South-South Cooperation and Development and Professor and Honorary Dean of National School of Development at Peking University. He was the Senior Vice President and Chief Economist of the World Bank, 2008-2012. Prior to this, Mr. Lin served for 15 years as Founding Director and Professor of the China Centre for Economic Research (CCER) at Peking University. He is Councilor of the State Council and a member of the Standing Committee, Chinese People’s Political Consultation Conference. He is the author of more than 20 books including Beating the Odd: Jump-starting Developing Countries; Going Beyond Aid: Development Cooperation for Structural Transformation, the Quest for Prosperity: How Developing Economies Can Take Off, New Structural Economics: A Framework for Rethinking Development and Policy, Against the Consensus: Reflections on the Great Recession, and Demystifying the Chinese Economy. He is a Corresponding Fellow of the British Academy and a Fellow of the Academy of Sciences for Developing World.
