譚建榮,浙江湖州人,中國(guó)工程院院士,國(guó)家973項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家,浙江大學(xué)求是特聘教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,擔(dān)任浙江大學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)工程及自動(dòng)化系主任,浙江大學(xué)機(jī)器人研究院名義院長(zhǎng),中國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)與應(yīng)用產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟理事長(zhǎng),中國(guó)機(jī)械工程學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng),中國(guó)圖學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng),教育部工程圖學(xué)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)主任,先后獲“科技部十五863先進(jìn)個(gè)人”、“科技部十一五國(guó)家科技計(jì)劃執(zhí)行突出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)”、‘‘全國(guó)優(yōu)秀科技工作者’’等榮譽(yù)和稱(chēng)號(hào)。

主要從事數(shù)據(jù)建模與虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí),數(shù)字設(shè)計(jì)與智能製造方面的研究,獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)4項(xiàng),省部級(jí)科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)7項(xiàng),教學(xué)成果獲國(guó)家級(jí)優(yōu)秀教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng),其中一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。獲發(fā)明專(zhuān)利和軟件著作登記權(quán)56項(xiàng)。

Brief Introduction of Professor Jianrong Tan

Jianrong Tan,from Huzhou,Zhejiang,is an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Ministry of science and technology "973" project Chief Scientist, “Qiu Shi”special professor and Ph.D. supervisor of Zhejiang University.Working as Director of department design engineering and automation , the dean of the Institute of Robotics of Zhejiang University, Chairman of China big data technology and the Applied Industry Alliance, Vice Chairman of the China Society of Mechanical Engineering, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Society of Graphics, and Director of the Engineering Graphics Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, Jianrong Tan successively awarded the “Professional Individual of the Ministry of Science and Technology Fifteen 863”, “Eleventh Five-Year of the Ministry of Science and Technology” National Science and Technology Plan Executive Outstanding Contribution Award, ''National Excellent Science and Technology Worker'' and other honors and titles.

He Mainly engaged in data modeling and virtual reality, digital design and intelligent manufacturing research, won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, 7 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress first prize, the teaching achievement won the national outstanding teaching achievement award 3 Among them, 1 first prize and 2 second prize. Obtained 56 registration rights for invention patents and software works.

主講人簡(jiǎn)介:

詹姆斯·弗雷澤·司徒塔特教授于1966年獲得愛(ài)丁堡大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,現(xiàn)任美國(guó)西北大學(xué)教授。是有機(jī)超分子化學(xué)和納米科學(xué)領(lǐng)域最杰出的科學(xué)家之一,迄今已在《Nature》、《Science》、《Nature Nanotechnology》、《Nature Chemistry》等雜志上發(fā)表1000余篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,h-index = 124,科學(xué)引文次數(shù)世界排名第三。1994年當(dāng)選英國(guó)皇家科學(xué)院院士,1999年當(dāng)選德國(guó)自然科學(xué)院院士,2006年當(dāng)選荷蘭皇家藝術(shù)與科學(xué)院外籍院士,同年被英國(guó)皇室伊麗莎白二世授予勛爵爵位,2007年因其在分子機(jī)器領(lǐng)域的杰出和開(kāi)創(chuàng)性工作獲得了愛(ài)因斯坦科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)。2012年當(dāng)選美國(guó)人文與科學(xué)院院士,2014年當(dāng)選美國(guó)科學(xué)院院士,2016年獲得諾貝爾化學(xué)獎(jiǎng), 并入選“外教中國(guó)”十大年度人物,2017年當(dāng)選為中國(guó)科學(xué)院外籍院士并獲2017年度中國(guó)政府友誼獎(jiǎng)。在司徒塔特教授從事科學(xué)研究的40余年期間,他做了1000余場(chǎng)學(xué)術(shù)邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告,成功培養(yǎng)了超過(guò)400名博士和博士后,其中80余人任職于國(guó)際著名大學(xué)。

司徒塔特教授的研究領(lǐng)域主要為超分子化學(xué)和分子機(jī)器。他基于分子機(jī)械互鎖結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)造性地發(fā)展出了一種全新的人工合成分子機(jī)器,提出了有別于傳統(tǒng)化學(xué)價(jià)鍵理論的機(jī)械鍵概念,為化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)一步拓展做出了里程碑式的貢獻(xiàn)。他與索維奇共同開(kāi)拓的基于非共價(jià)鍵作用的模板合成法大大提高了機(jī)械互鎖分子機(jī)器的合成效率。他合成出由熱能驅(qū)動(dòng)的分子機(jī)器原型—分子梭,以及可以對(duì)外部刺激做出響應(yīng)的分子開(kāi)關(guān)等。通過(guò)構(gòu)筑能量棘輪,他巧妙地設(shè)計(jì)合成了可以對(duì)外做功的真正意義上的分子機(jī)器—分子泵。同時(shí),司徒塔特將分子機(jī)器的概念拓展到了各種應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,比如基于分子尺寸的高密度存儲(chǔ)器件等。此外,他不僅在分子級(jí)別上實(shí)現(xiàn)了如奧林匹克環(huán)、博羅米恩環(huán)等具有拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜體系,還進(jìn)一步將超分子化學(xué)與拓?fù)鋵W(xué)進(jìn)行有機(jī)結(jié)合,提出了“機(jī)械立體化學(xué)”的概念,推動(dòng)了分子拓?fù)鋵W(xué)在化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展。他和相關(guān)科學(xué)家的有關(guān)分子機(jī)器的工作打開(kāi)了化學(xué)領(lǐng)域一扇新的大門(mén),將人類(lèi)“機(jī)械文明”帶入到了一個(gè)全新的分子維度。

Brief Introduction of Professor James Fraser Stoddart

Sir James Fraser Stoddart got his PhD at Edinburgh University in 1966 and is Board of Trustees Professor of Chemistry. Sir Fraser is one of the outstanding scientists in area of supramolecular chemistry and nanotechnology. Sir Fraser has published more than 1000 peer reviewed papers on the journal including Nature, Science, Nature Nanotechnology, and Nature Chemistry. As of 2016 Sir Stoddart has an h-index of 124. For the period from January 1997 to 31 August 2007, he was ranked by the Institute for Scientific Information as the third most cited chemist. Sir Fraser was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of London in 1994, the Fellowship of Natural Sciences (Leopoldina) of Germany in 1999, and the Foreign membership of Science Division of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2006. Stoddart was appointed a Knight Bachelor in the New Year's Honours December 2006, by Queen Elizabeth II. In 2007, he received the Albert Einstein World Award of Science in recognition for his outstanding and pioneering work in molecular machines. He was also elected the Fellowship of American Academy of Arts and Sciences in 2012 and the Membership of National Academy of Science, USA in 2014. In 2016 Sir Fraser shared the Nobel Prize in Chemistry together with Ben Feringa and Jean-Pierre Sauvage for the design and synthesis of molecular machines. He was also elected as one of the “International Educator in China Award” in 2016, the Foreign membership of the Chinese Academy of Science in 2017, and one of the winners of “Chinese Government Friendship Award” in 2017. He has given >1,000 plenary/invited lectures. During 45 years, >400 PhD and postdoctoral students have passed through his laboratories and been inspired by his imagination and creativity, and >80 have subsequently embarked upon successful independent academic careers.

Sir Fraser works in the areas of mechanostereochemistry and molecular machine. He creatively developed a new synthetic molecular machine based on molecular mechanical interlocking structure, and put forward the mechanical bond concept different from the traditional chemical valence bond theory, making a landmark contribution to the further development of the field of chemistry. He and Sauvage developed the template synthesis method based on non-covalent bonding, which greatly improved the synthetic efficiency of mechanical interlocking molecular machines. He created prototypes of thermally driven molecular machines, molecular shuttles, and molecular switches that respond to external stimuli. By building an energy ratchet, he designed and synthesized a true molecular machine that could do work on the outside system -- a molecular pump. Sir Fraser also extended the concept of molecular machines to a variety of applications, such as high-density storage devices based on molecular size. In addition, he not only realized the complex topological systems such as the Olympic ring and Borromean ring at the molecular level, but also organically combined supramolecular chemistry and topology, and proposed the concept of "mechanical stereochemistry", which promoted the development of molecular topology in the field of chemistry. His work on molecular machines with relevant scientists opened a new door in the field of chemistry and brought human to the "mechanical civilization" at molecular dimensions.

題 目:Innate immunity to cytosolic bacteria: pyroptosis and beyond

主講人簡(jiǎn)介:

邵峰博士1996年畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)技術(shù)物理系,1999年于中科院生物物理所獲得碩士學(xué)位,2003年美國(guó)密西根大學(xué)生物化學(xué)系獲得博士學(xué)位,現(xiàn)為北京生命科學(xué)研究所資深研究員、科研副所長(zhǎng)。

邵峰博士長(zhǎng)期研究病原細(xì)菌和宿主相互作用機(jī)理,在致病菌毒力機(jī)制以及抗細(xì)菌天然免疫方向均取得系列重要原創(chuàng)性發(fā)現(xiàn):包括發(fā)現(xiàn)細(xì)菌內(nèi)毒素(LPS)、鞭毛以及病原菌三型分泌系統(tǒng)的胞內(nèi)天然免疫受體(組裝形成炎癥小體復(fù)合物),進(jìn)而揭示和闡明了這些受體下游的炎性caspase通過(guò)剪切活化Gasdermin D(GSDMD)蛋白誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞焦亡的確切分子機(jī)制;這些發(fā)現(xiàn)為敗血癥藥物和細(xì)菌疫苗的研發(fā)提供了新的理論基礎(chǔ),其中有關(guān)Gasdermin家族蛋白的鑒定和機(jī)制的闡述也將細(xì)胞焦亡的概念重新定義為由Gasdermin家族介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞程序性壞死。邵峰博士已發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文70多篇,總引用9,000次,2005年回國(guó)后以通訊作者在《自然》、《科學(xué)》和《細(xì)胞》三大雜志發(fā)表研究論文13篇;獲得多項(xiàng)國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)重要獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng),包括周光召杰出青年基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)、HHMI國(guó)際青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)際蛋白質(zhì)學(xué)會(huì)鄂文西格青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)、吳階平-保羅楊森基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)獎(jiǎng)以及何梁何利基金科學(xué)與技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)等,2015年當(dāng)選為中科院院士和EMBO的外籍成員,2016年當(dāng)選為美國(guó)微生物學(xué)院院士。

Brief Introduction of Professor Feng Shao

Dr. Feng Shao graduated from the School of Physics at Peking University and received his bachelor degree in Applied Chemistry in 1996, received his master degree in Molecular Biology, Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing in 1999, and received his Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry, University of Michigan Medical School, USA. Currently, he is a senior investigator and deputy director at National Institute of Biological Sciences, Beijing.

Dr. Feng Shao’s laboratory is interested in studying the interaction mechanisms of Bacterial pathogens and the host. His laboratory work has led to several a series of important and original discoveries in the pathogenic virulence mechanism and anti-bacterial natural immunity. For instance, the laboratory found that bacterial endotoxin (LPS), flagella and intracellular secretion system of pathogens innate immune receptors (assembled to form inflammatory corpuscle complexes), which in turn reveals and elucidates the exact molecular mechanisms of which inflammatory caspase downstream of these receptors induces cell pyroptosis by shearing and activating Gasdermin D (GSDMD) proteins; these findings provide a new theoretical basis for the development of the sepsis pharmaceuticals and bacterial vaccines, and the elaboration of the identification and mechanism of the Gasdermin family also redefines the concept of cell pyroptosis into a programmed necrosis mediated by the Gasdermin family. Dr. Shao Feng has published more than 70 academic papers, which have been quoted by 9,000 times in total. After returning to China in 2005, he published 13 research papers in the three major journals of Nature, Science and Cell. He won several international and domestic important awards include Zhou Guangzhao Outstanding Youth Foundation Science Award, HHMI International Young Scientist Award, International Protein Society Evansig Young Scientist Award, Wu Jieping & Paul Yangsen Basic Medicine Award, and the He Liang & He Li Fund Science and Technology Award. He was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a foreign member of EMBO in 2015, and was elected as the fellow of the College of Microbiology of United States in 2016.
