楊永斌,結(jié)構(gòu)工程和力學(xué)專(zhuān)家,中國(guó)工程院院士、奧地利科學(xué)院外籍院士、歐盟科學(xué)院院士?,F(xiàn)任重慶大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院榮譽(yù)院長(zhǎng)、重慶大學(xué)工程振動(dòng)與防災(zāi)研究中心主任、臺(tái)灣云林科技大學(xué)豐泰講座教授、臺(tái)灣大學(xué)名譽(yù)教授。
楊永斌院士目前擔(dān)任國(guó)際SCI期刊International Journal of Structural Stability and Dynamics (IJSSD)主編、多個(gè)SCI期刊編委、兩個(gè)國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)組織主席(Asian-Pacific Association of Computational Mechanics (APACM)和East Asia-Pacific Conference on Structural Engineering and Construction (EASEC))
楊永斌院士曾任云林科技大學(xué)校長(zhǎng),臺(tái)灣大學(xué)工學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)、土木系主任,臺(tái)灣國(guó)科會(huì)土木學(xué)門(mén)召集人,并分別擔(dān)任臺(tái)灣中華工程教育學(xué)會(huì)(IEET)、土木水利工程學(xué)會(huì)、力學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)和結(jié)構(gòu)工程學(xué)會(huì)四個(gè)學(xué)會(huì)的理事長(zhǎng);擔(dān)任美國(guó)土木工程師學(xué)會(huì)(ASCE)、國(guó)際計(jì)算力學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)(IACM)、臺(tái)灣土木水利工程學(xué)會(huì)、力學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)及結(jié)構(gòu)工程學(xué)會(huì)等學(xué)會(huì)的會(huì)士;曾獲臺(tái)灣國(guó)科會(huì)杰出研究獎(jiǎng)五次、特約研究員兩次、教育部教學(xué)特優(yōu)獎(jiǎng)、杰出人才基金會(huì)講座、十大杰出青年等榮譽(yù)。
楊永斌院士長(zhǎng)期從事以力學(xué)為核心的結(jié)構(gòu)工程問(wèn)題研究。開(kāi)發(fā)多個(gè)軟件,特別是在橋梁靜力和高鐵振動(dòng)分析方面,供臺(tái)灣多個(gè)工程顧問(wèn)公司使用。1992年起對(duì)臺(tái)北市圓山橋、西藏大橋進(jìn)行靜力、動(dòng)力監(jiān)測(cè)工作。所屬專(zhuān)長(zhǎng)研究領(lǐng)域包括:橋梁、結(jié)構(gòu)非線(xiàn)性力學(xué)、車(chē)輛/橋梁互制動(dòng)力理論、結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性、高速鐵路和列車(chē)波動(dòng)傳播分析法。出版英文專(zhuān)著4部,在國(guó)內(nèi)外期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文230余篇、國(guó)內(nèi)外會(huì)議論文270余篇。
Brief Introduction of Professor YANG YEONG-BIN
YANG YEONG-BIN, an expert in structural engineering and mechanics. He is Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, foreign member of Austrian Academy of Sciences and Academician of European Academy of Sciences. He is currently Honorary Dean of School of Civil Engineering and Director of Research Center of Engineering Vibration and Disaster Prevention in Chongqing University. He is also Chair Professor of Fengtai at Yunlin University of Science and Technology in Taiwan; and the Honorary Professor of Taiwan University.
He is the editor in chief of International Journal of Structural Stability and Dynamics (IJSSD) and also in editorial board of several SCI journals. He is Chair of two international academic organizations: Asian-Pacific Association of Computational Mechanics (APACM) and East Asia-Pacific Conference on Structural Engineering and Construction (EASEC).
He was president of Yunlin University of Science and Technology, dean of Institute of Technology of Taiwan University, director of Civil Engineering Department and the organizer of Civil Engineering Department of Taiwan National Science Society. He is the director of the following four institutes or societies: Institute of Engineering Education Taiwan (IEET), Institute of Civil and hydraulic Engineering, Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, Society of structural Engineering. He is also fellow of the following four institutes or societies: American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), International Association for Computational Mechanics (IACM), Taiwan Institute of Civil and hydraulic Engineering, Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics and Society of structural Engineering. He has won the following honors: outstanding research award from the Taiwan National Science Society for five times ,title of special researchers for twice, Excellence Teaching award from the Ministry of Education, award from the Outstanding Talents Foundation and title of Top Ten Outstanding Youth.
He has dedicated in the study of structural engineering problems concentrated in mechanics. He has developed several software which has been widely used by several engineering consulting companies in Taiwan, especially in the aspects of static analysis of bridges and vibration analysis of high-speed railway. He began his work in static and dynamic monitoring of the Yuanshan Bridge in Taipei City and Tibet Bridge since 1992. His expertise areas include: bridge, structural nonlinear mechanics, vehicle / bridge interaction dynamics theory, structural stability, wave propagation analysis methods of high-speed railway and train. He has published 4 books in English, more than 230 Journal papers and more than 270 conference papers in Chinese or English.
